Do you ship internationally?

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
All orders are processed in 2-3 days and shipped. Most orders will arrive typically within 2 -5 days after being shipped or sooner.
Will it say E&A Creative Designs on my credit card statement and on the package?
Yes. Our packages come in a plain, white or colored poly mailer or plain box.
What’s the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information. You may also login to your account and check the status of your order.
What’s your return policy?
Items purchased from E&A Creative Designs Highly are eligible for a full refund if returned within 10 days of purchase and meet all guidelines. Non custom orders or digtail orders will be refunded.
You will have up to 10 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website as long as the item is in its original condition. We do not take back used products.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Why should I become a registered user?
There are many reasons to make an account on our website. You won’t have to re-enter your shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. Also, you can check the status of your order and receive occasional discounts & newsletters.
How do I change or cancel an order?
You need to contact us immediately to cancel your order. If you receive the delivery confirmation notification, it is too late to cancel the order. In that case, you will need to start a return and wait until the item is returned back to us for a refund or exchange.

All orders in the over $100.00 will have free Priority Mail (2-3 shipping).
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes and to APO/FPO addresses. We support our troops.
